Standard Frequency ±10 to ±50 ppm Differential XO

The SiT9120 is a fixed-frequency differential oscillator that supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling types. This device covers most commonly used frequencies between 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, with RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps (typ.). Unlike quartz or SAW based traditional oscillators, the SiT9120 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5 V to 3.3 V), frequency stability (±10, ±20, ±25, and ±50 ppm) and package (3225, 5032, 7050) options.
