Sr. MEMS Process Integration Engineer/Manager (Engineering)

Job Summary
As a Sr. MEMS Process Integration Engineer/Manager, you will use your creativity and technical expertise to develop and advance MEMS fabrication processes for SiTime’s next-generation timing products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage foundries to develop robust and innovative MEMS fabrication processes 
- Design fabrication experiments and analyze results 
- Define process specifications to enable excellent performance and manufacturability 
- Specify and design structures for process characterization and control 
- Coordinate and perform failure analysis to characterize and debug processes 
- Create process technologies to enable the next generation of MEMS-based timing 
- Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Marketing 
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years industrial experience. 
- Experience bringing up and productizing MEMS fabrication processes, both hands-on and “fabless” 
- Skill with SPC, PCM structures, and yield analysis. 
- A solid foundation in MEMS development including MEMS design and interactions between design and fabrication
