Sr Stock Administrator (Accounting and Finance)

What you get to do in this role:

This person will own the end-to-end process of equity administration for SiTime in partnering with Finance, HR and legal. It will take someone with high energy and experience in dynamic environment to succeed in this role. We need someone who is willing to take on additional role in the Accounting organizationto help support the finance organization as needed while owning the equity administration function. This role will allow someone with equity administration experience to learn and grow in other aspects of the organization including general accounting, purchasing, forecasting, etc.

  • Own all aspects of the global equity incentive plans, including administration of new grants, stock releases, terminations, board approvals, etc.
  • Design and conduct employee training and provide support to global employees on all equity related issues and questions.
  • Partner with HR and Finance in developing compensation structure
  • Partner with Legal, Finance and HR to ensure compliance with global reporting, including all equity related regulations in US and all foreign countries
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure proper tax withholdings including timely taxation and reporting
  • Partner with Finance to help maintain equity expense, share-count forecasts, equity burn rates, weighted average and dilutive shares for EPS, and other stock compensation modeling
  • Work with transfer agents and brokers for timely DWAC and reconciliation of shares
  • Maintain SOX compliance and controls on all aspects of the equity plan including documentation, testing and audit support.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to support equity reporting required in SEC filings including Form 10-Q, 10-K and Proxy statements; and ad-hoc reports.
  • Reconcile transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting, and other items as required
  • Support general Accounting in recording stock-based compensation related entries and reconciliation of accounts
  • Help place approved purchase orders to vendors that are routed to Accounting via an automated Oracle system, resolve employee enquiries as needed
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the team and organization grows.

Desired skills and background for this role:

  • 10 +年的经过nce in equity administration at a global publicly traded company
  • Familiar with US GAAP accounting principles for stock-based compensation and equity valuation models
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international equity legal and tax compliance rules and reporting requirements.
  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and navigate areas of uncertainty.
  • Able to work independently, effectively and multi-task
  • Not afraid to take on additional role outside the core stock administration function
  • Bachelor’s degree and active Certified Equity Professional accreditation preferred.
