Manager of Total Rewardsis a newly created role to support our growing, global business. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of how to scale rewards and benefit programs and practices, with a track record of executing against strategies, leading projects, and driving results. You will be responsible for our total rewards programs and oversee the management of our inclusive employee benefits that support rapidly growing global workforce.

你会做什么

  • Design and recommend global benefits programs by assessing our employee’s needs, reviewing competitor and general industry practices, and analyzing cost impact/effectiveness.
  • Lead Benefit Open Enrollment every year and be the point person for our benefit programs and benefit questions.
  • Effectively partner with Business Leaders to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues through the use of creative and strategic guidance, particularly for new positions, transfers, and promotions

  • Partner with Finance and prepare excel worksheets for bonus calculations. Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation tools and systems.

Qualifications

  • College degree in business or related field.

  • 管理福利计划和谈判的经验。
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, experience with big data and interfacing between HRIS applications, reliable financial and compensation modeling skills, and ability to communicate persuasively with business partners to resolve highly complex problems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the complexity of business on a global scale.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing internal compliance programs and policies.
