The SiT5147 is a ruggedized ±0.5 to ±2.5 ppm Endura™ Super-TCXO with an acceleration sensitivity as low as 0.004 ppb/GGydF4y2Baand high temp operation up to 105°C. This device is engineered for harsh environments and is ideal for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. By leveraging SiTime’s unique DualMEMS™ temperature sensing and TurboCompensation™ technology, the SiT5147 delivers stable timing in the presence of environmental stressors – airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
