1 to 60 MHz, ±50-ppb precision Super-TCXO

The SiT5348 is a ruggedized ±50-ppb Endura™ ultra-precision Super-TCXO with an acceleration sensitivity as low as 0.004 ppb/GGydF4y2Ba. This device is engineered for harsh environments and is ideal for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. By leveraging SiTime’s unique DualMEMS™ temperature sensing and TurboCompensation™ technology, the SiT5348 delivers the most stable timing in the presence of environmental stressors – airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
