Ultra-Small, Low-Power, Low-Jitter, 1 Hz to 2.5 MHz Oscillator

SiTime TempFlat MEMS™技术加上our mixed signal capability enables ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability in an ultra-small 1.2mm2 chip-scale package. Typical supply current is only 6.0 μA at 100 kHz and only 13 μA at 1MHz. And unlike standard oscillators, the SiT1579 is factory programmable between 1 Hz and 2.5 MHz, enabling new architectural options with its wide frequency range.
